1. Service Agreement

By booking a laundry pickup with Townro Laundry in Kothagudem, Palvancha, and expanding service areas, you agree to these terms. We act as a trusted logistics and management intermediary coordinating professional processing with verified local partners.

2. Garment Care & Liability

We handle all garments with utmost care. However, we are not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or color bleeding from manufacturer defects.
• Items left inside pockets (cash, keys, pens, electronics, etc.).
• Pre-existing damage or delicate buttons, beads, and sequins that may detach during standard washing or ironing.

3. City-Specific Pricing & Payments

Pricing varies by city and location based on local partner operational standards. Exact tariffs and rate cards for your specific city can be checked instantly via WhatsApp. Payments are accepted securely via UPI QR code or Cash upon successful delivery.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours. Any delays caused by unforeseen local weather conditions, traffic constraints, or holidays will be communicated promptly via WhatsApp.
